Art 1 – Description of the service
” ARNAUD LOHYER ” offers its customers one or several chefs to prepare gourmet dinners or lunches. The service includes the necessary preparation of the dinner ingredients , carrying dishes ordered by the customer , bread, table service by the chef (limited to 8 guests per head ) and storage in the kitchen. Beyond 8 guests a butler invoice € 200 ttc, provides table service. Premises ( kitchen ) must be made available to the company ” Arnaud Lohyer ” 2H hours before the start of the meal. The kitchen should be clean, in order, the refrigerator and freezer partly free for storage of the goods delivery .
The purchase of one or more benefits involves the client unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions in force at the date of confirmation of delivery .
Art 2 – Rates
Rates are those menus that appear on our website: www.chefadomicile -paris.com . The prices listed on the site are price inclusive of all taxes (including VAT) in euro ( € ) taking into account the VAT applicable on the date of the order; any rate change will be reflected in the price of products . This tariff is applicable exclusively to individuals resident in France . ” ARNAUD LOHYER ” reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, except that the prices listed in the catalog on the day of the order shall be applicable only to the buyer. Price menus can add services staff ( butler , chef assistant ), an aperitif cocktail,
Other fees :
The company ” ARNAUD LOHYER ” also offers additional services , subject to a surcharge : sommelier , reception room rental , hire crockery and tableware items without their conduct may incur liability ” ARNAUD LOHYER ” and that after the delivery of the service to its recovery. Specifications provided in the first proposal are indicative and may be revised based on information provided by the client. All changes to fringe benefits provided by the customer are the responsibility of it and will be a new quote . Any changes made by the customer within three 3 days before benefits are paid to it without the need of a new written in the form of a new license agreement confirmed . The customer is solely responsible for any damage and / or injury caused by itself, its servants and / or their guests during use of ancillary services . Equipment damaged or not returned will be charged to the customer at his new replacement value , plus an allowance to cover the unavailability of equipment.
Mileage fees : A contribution to transport costs will be charged extra , beyond a radius of 15 kilometers from the main property , moving package is applied on the basis of actual costs (0.60 € cents the kilometer, more pay if necessary on the basis of information / source viamichelin ) .
Art 3 – Payment and order taking
The billing terms are as follows: Confirmed on the quote prices are fixed for two months (date of the estimate) . After this time, they are subject to change based on economic conditions , tariffs then being those in force on the day of delivery . For each request for service ” ARNAUD LOHYER ” sends the customer a quote. The exact number of participants must be confirmed to us at least 3 days before the date of receipt . This number will be used as the basis for the final billing . The payment of a deposit amounting to 30 % of the amount of the VAT invoice will be required upon confirmation of booking. This regulation implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, in recognition of having perfect knowledge and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All data recorded and confirmed valid proof of the transaction. The balance of the invoice will be made on the day of delivery . The balance of the invoice is made by check or cash the day of delivery , or by bank transfer or credit card prior to delivery . In case the order taker offers delivery to a third party , full payment is required in advance. Restaurants and securities services – employment checks are not accepted .
Art 4 – Cancellation

The withdrawal of seven ( 7) days shall not apply to contracts for the supply of perishable food products such as confectionery products. Also , the client can not rely on it. However, modification or cancellation of its share will be taken into account insofar as the service is in preparation. The price will be refunded but a penalty for administrative and management fees may be charged. If canceled up to one ( 1) week before the date of delivery , the deposit is refunded in full. In case of cancellation less than one (1) week before the date of the service: the cancellation of the order by the customer will result in no refund of the deposit paid , which is retained as liquidated damages . Any reduction in the number of participants involved over forty-eight (48) hours before the reserved date , resulting in a proportional reduction in the cost of delivery . Any reduction in the number of participants made less forty-eight (48) hours the reserved date , can lead to any reduction in the cost of the service. Cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled date will be invoiced 100 % of gross amount of the order. The increase in the number of guests is accepted subject to express agreement ” ARNAUD LOHYER ” at least 24 hours before dinner.
Event of Force Major
The company ” ARNAUD LOHYER ” can escape its obligations or suspending execution if it is unable to take the result of an event of force majeure (war, riots, demonstrations , exceptional weather conditions , disaster affecting the facilities of its institutions … ) , without giving rise to any compensation.
Art 5 – Litigation and Claims

In case of non -compliance or defect of services delivered, the customer has a period of seven ( 7) days of receipt thereof to form in writing ( mail, email, fax ) a complaint with the services. After this period, the delivered products will be deemed compliant and free from visible defects . Any dispute regarding billing will be taken into account within eight ( 8 ) days following the date of receipt of the invoice.
Liability and insurance
The customer is solely responsible for personal injury and / or property damage caused by him or his guests as part of the implementation of the provision of ” ARNAUD LOHYER .” The customer agrees to contract liability insurance as well as homeowners’ insurance . ” ARNAUD LOHYER ” incur civil liability for negligence on the services performed on behalf of its clients in the home .
Protection of personal data
The information gathered on the internet www.chefadomicile -paris.com website will be processed by computer for the purposes of management and processing of orders and sales prospecting . Accordance with the law of 6 January 1978 relating to computers, files and freedoms , the Customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition on personal data. Art 6 – Intellectual property
All elements of the site ” www.chefadomicile -paris.com ” are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of ” ARNAUD LOHYER .” Nobody is allowed to reproduce, use , repost, or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, the elements of the site they are software, visual or sound. They are protected by copyright and L.511.1 articles and following of the Code of intellectual property relating to the protection of registered designs. Any single link or hyperlink is strictly prohibited without written express ” ARNAUD LOHYER ” agreement.
Article 7 – Amendments
” ARNAUD LOHYER ” reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In this case, the conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the Customer .
Art 8 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
The company ” ARNAUD LOHYER ” is a French company . These conditions of sale and all documents or instruments arising are subject to French law. In case of disagreement between the parties, each will allegiance to adjust the different amicably. If the issue persists, any dispute or dispute which may arise out of the present general conditions , both for their validity, interpretation or execution shall be brought before the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris , even in cases of multiple defendants or collateral calls .
